EXHIBITION

Dell at Bett

Context:
Dell and the NHM teamed up to take ‘Dippy on Tour’ an interactive experience bringing the dynamic dino to life in schools up and down the country. Bett is a landmark event in the education technology calendar so the team wanted to make a big splash, or er, smash(?) at the event during the tour.

Honouring this partnership, we designed and produced a stand that was a major talking point at Bett’s 2019 event, even winning an award for Best Storytelling at the World Exhibition Awards.

Brief:
Design and build an experiential stand for Dell Technologies and Natural History Museum at Bett Education Technology Show.

Deliverables:
An immersive multi-channel experience including pre-event communications, stand design and build, VIP ambassador area branding, social campaign and post-event communications.

My role:
Creative/Art Direction, Graphic Design, Digital Design.

Big idea:
Installing the real Dippy skeleton on a stand at the Excel would have been more than a challenge - so we built our own. Capturing the imagination of pupils and teachers alike; our Dippy was a giant jigsaw model, looming out above the stand while a replica of the real thing kept a close eye.

We surrounded our precious cargo with other antiquities -fossils of Dell kit from a bygone era. Attention to detail was crucial for creating an immersive environment

Dell Technologies OEM solutions summit

Context:
In early June of 2020 fully virtual events were still a work in progress with some clients crossing their fingers, hoping for a face to face experience. This event was a first for our client and a first for us as a business.

Brief:
Full conference experience including; keynote sessions, breakouts, expo hall and networking delivered in virtual format across two days.

My role:
Creative lead, Art direction, Graphic design.

LIVE

Be Future Ready London

Brief:
Capture the essence of Dell's / Future Ready / business solutions by visualising how they are empowering businesses across the world to gain serious competitive advantage

Deliverables:
Large-scale C-suite networking event, hosted by Michael Dell himself. 16 interactive screens across 5 experiential zones, exemplifying Dell’s vision for the future and supported by case studies targeting a C-suit customer base. Completely transforming the iconic Hintze Hall at the Natural History museum to welcome 720 attendees (540 customers, 180 Dell Team members) all with only 60 minutes to set up.

My role:
Art Direction, Graphic Design.

ServiceNow EMEA partner summit

Brief:
Bring together ServiceNow’s EMEA partners for a three-day summit in Poland in early March 2020

Deliverables:
Full event identity that works across multiple touchpoints including, plenary set design, large format print, digital signage, motion graphics, attendee packs, offsite party branding.

My role:
Creative lead, Art direction, Graphic design.

Tech Summit

Brief:
Annual learning and development summit bringing all teams across EMEA together for four days of intense tracks and partner seminars.

Deliverables:
Full event identity that works across multiple touchpoints in selected venue including large format print, digital signage, motion graphics, attendee packs, gala dinner branding.
